Shipping:

Non-custom orders will ship 5-10 business days from purchase.

Custom Work Starting Price:

Custom work starts at $750 and increases in price based on gold karat (14, 18 or 22), carats of diamonds and quality of diamonds (GH, SI or DEF VS+).

Payments:

Custom order $150 initial deposit is nonrefundable once the designing phase has begun.

Upon approval of the initial design, you have 30 calendar days to pay 50% of the total cost of the project.  If after 30 calendar days 50% has not been paid you forfeit the initial design deposit of $150.

Upon completion of your custom jewelry you have 30 calendar days to pay the remaining 50% balance.  If after 30 calendar days the remaining 50% balance has not been paid I reserve the right to cancel your order without a refund. 

Diamonds:

Diamonds are authentic, natural, earth-mined and acquired from conflict-free zones. All diamonds are CVD and HPHT checked.

All .25ct+ diamonds are GIA certified, laser-engraved with a GIA report serial number and come with a GIA certificate.

Gold:

14kt gold is 58.3% pure gold, all Prince of Gold jewelry is created using 14kt gold or better. The purity of each piece is tested before it’s shipped.

Warranty:

All Prince of Gold jewelry comes with a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers rare defects in workmanship, such as loose prongs holding the diamonds. Accidental damage caused by the customer and unauthorized modifications are not covered by the warranty. Before the warranty repair or exchange is completed, the damaged piece will go through a thorough inspection to verify the damage is caused by workmanship defect. Before initiating a claim, send an email to returns@theprinceofgold.com with a picture of the damage to receive a free return label.

Refunds:

All orders are non refundable.

Exchanges:

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at returns@theprinceofgold.com with details of the product and the defect within 15 days of purchase.  If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange.

Terms of Use:

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us.

Promotional codes are limited in nature, void where prohibited, and may expire or discontinue with or without notice.
