How much does custom work cost?
The starting price is $750, but it depends on gold karat (14, 18 or 22), and carats and quality of diamonds. Half of the fee is due when you approve the design, the remaining half will be due once the piece is complete.
Is the $150 deposit refundable?
If you decide the final design price is out of your budget, you will be refunded the initial deposit. The deposit will be put towards the fee for your piece if you proceed with the purchase. Once the initial design phase has begun the $150 deposit is no longer refundable.
Upon approval, how long can I take to pay 50% of the total price to continue onto the production stage?
Once you have approved the initial design you have 30 calendar days to pay 50% of the total cost of the project or you forfeit the initial design deposit.
Can I return an item I purchased?
There are no refunds but exchanges are accepted if the piece is defective or damaged. Custom pieces are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
How do I know you’re using real gold and diamonds?
You will be sent a video during production. It will show the gold karat being checked and the diamonds, if your design includes diamonds. Any diamond that is .25 carat and above will have a laser-etched serial number and the corresponding GIA certificate.
What quality standards does Prince of Gold abide by?
All gold is sourced from sustainable and ethical sources. All jewelry is created with at least 14 karat gold. All diamonds are CVD and HPHT checked. They are authentic, earth-mined and acquired from conflict-free zones. Each diamond is hand selected for color, cut and clarity. The diamonds are typically SI or VS+.
Does Prince of Gold outsource the work?
All design, production, polishing, packaging and shipping is completed by Prince of Gold.

Do Prince of Gold purchases come with a warranty?
All Prince of Gold products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of arrival. The warranty covers any rare defects in workmanship, such as a diamond falling out. Prince of Gold will pay for the return shipping, replace the broken/missing gem or replace the piece if necessary, and return the jewelry as quickly as possible. Accidental damage or issues not caused by workmanship defects are not covered by the warranty. Before a warranty is approved, your jewelry will be inspected for unauthorized modifications or damage caused by carelessness.
